Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hopp, a travel-planning app operated by zero8zero labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Hopp, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. What Hopp does

Hopp helps you organise trips — collecting flights, stays, reservations and plans into one place, including by extracting details from emails you forward and screenshots you add, and by surfacing live flight status and place suggestions.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Your content

You own the trips, bookings, notes and images you add (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the service for you and the people you invite to a trip. You’re responsible for having the right to share anything you add.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use Hopp for anything unlawful, or to infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don’t forward content into Hopp that you don’t have the right to process.

5. Travel information & AI — important

Flight status, place details and AI-extracted booking details are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Always confirm travel-critical details (times, gates, terminals, reservations) with the airline, provider, or your original confirmation. Hopp is not a travel agent and does not make bookings on your behalf.

6. Hopp First & subscriptions

Hopp offers an optional premium tier, Hopp First, which unlocks additional features. Hopp is currently in beta: during this period Hopp First is provided free of charge — including any free trial we offer — and we are not charging for it. Paid subscriptions are not yet available in the app.

When we introduce paid subscriptions, purchases and billing will be handled by the Apple App Store (or Google Play). Any price, billing period, and auto-renewal terms will be shown to you before you buy, and the applicable store’s terms will also apply. We may change Hopp First’s features now, and its pricing in future; we’ll communicate material changes. Free or complimentary access offered during the beta may end or change at any time.

7. Availability & changes

We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance. We’ll try to avoid disruption but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimers

Hopp is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, zero8zero labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on travel information in the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Hopp and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your local law requires otherwise.
